Overview:
With a foundation in industrial design, packaging, and branding, I’ve managed design programs for over 100 clients. My expertise extends to managing diverse design projects, pioneering packaging programs, crafting investor decks, engineering B2B sales tools, formulating retail activations, and contributing to inclusive design practices through professional engagements.
Early Mindset:
My formative years were characterized by a passion for skateboarding and freestyle skiing, where I traveled extensively to film video segments, relentlessly pursued new tricks, and manipulated my surroundings to match my creative vision. This upbringing cultivated a profound appreciation for overcoming challenges and adopting unique perspectives, which have since become fundamental drivers of my design ethos.
Early Work Ethic:
Throughout high school and the beginning of my college years, I worked in manual labor, primarily in landscaping, for a resort collective in Southern Maine. This experience imparted invaluable lessons in diligence and perseverance. At just 17 years old, I assumed leadership roles, overseeing teams of employees often twice my age. Hailing from a modest socio-economic background, I routinely clocked 80-hour workweeks while residing in H2-B housing. These circumstances taught me the importance of resilience, resourcefulness, and fostering collaboration among diverse individuals, regardless of constraints.
